Prophecy: Be not afraid. I know you are going through trials and spiritual darkness. I am in your midst. These trials you are goin through will strengthen you. Do not be afraid - know that I am in the midst of them with you. Be not afraid, my people.

Reflection on song: All I Want - words of St. Paul tell us to reject self-righteous legalism: “I’m no longer trying on my own for perfection coming from the Law,” yet Jesus also calls us to “Be perfect as the heavenly Father is perfect.” This seems a paradox. So how do we approach it? In humility: the Spirit lives in us and perfects us. I will live in you. It is not our lives that are perfect, it is His.

Also, All I Want “is to know Jesus Christ.” The verb is the same word that scriptures use to describe the deep intimacy of the marital relationship. It is not a head knowledge of Christ for which we long, but a deep relationship that transforms us.

Additional reflection: "Be still, and know that I am God" In St. Teresa's The Interior Castle, humility is a central theme (it is how God takes us into the higher levels of the castle). Humbly rest in Him.

We can’t be quiet when we are too busy!
